Monday ~ italian beef, mashed potatoes, salad
Tuesday ~ chicken fajitas, chips & salsa, refried beans
Wednesday ~ chicken caesar burgers, tater tots, corn on the cob
Thursday ~ honey coconut salmon, green beans, rice
Friday ~ crock pot pork chops, rice, green beans

    I love the chicken recipes because I'm always on the lookout for new ones. Chicken is so affordable at less than $1 @lb.
