Mushroom Turkey Burgers
...tried these and they were yummo!
Ingredients:
3 Tbsp Italian bread crumbs
1 cup chopped mushrooms
1 small onion, finely chopped
2 cloves garlic, pressed or finely chopped
1 pound lean ground turkey breast
1 large egg, lightly beaten
1 Tbsp Worcestershire sauce
1/2 tsp salt
1/4 tsp pepper
Directions:
Combine all ingredients in a large bowl, mixing together well with hands. Form into 5-6 patties. Spray pan with cooking spray and cook over medium heat until no longer pink in the center...about 5-7 minutes per side.

Creative Corner...peonies
Remember the peonies from my garden I posted about here....well I decided to do a scrapbook page with one of the pics. I was participating in a Basic Grey challenge over on the Two Peas site. I used some dp from the Offbeat line by BG. The alpha letters are super cool...brown felt from American Crafts! I finished off the page with some faux stitching around the edge of the page and some Stampin' Up buttons.
