2-4 chicken breasts
Honey BBQ sauce
Can of pineapple chunks
- Place chicken breasts in crock pot and cover with BBQ sauce. Add in 1-2 Tbsp of juice from can of pineapple chunks.
- Plug in crock pot and turn to low. Let cook 8-10 hours.
- About an hour before you are ready to eat add 2 handfuls of shredded carrots and 1/2 to 1 cup of pineapple chunks. Add more or less of each to your liking.
- Serve with white rice and enjoy!
