Deals of the Day...Gordmans
Do you have a Gordmans in your area? If so...run right on over! I stopped in there today because I am on a mission to find a hat and mittens for Little Bit. I had also received an email saying they were taking an additional 50% off clearance merchandise. I didn't get to look all that long because LB was ready for lunch, but I did stumble across this....
a new purse and wallet! The bag is teal corduroy with a front pocket, 2 inside pockets and a zipper compartment. It was on clearance for $7 and then 50% off....making it $3.50. The wallet is a cute little quilted zippy in brown with designs in teal, red, yellow and white. It was only $1.99 regular price! So a new purse and wallet for around $6! Score!

Free family fun!
We took Little Bit downtown to Halloween at the Market. It takes place during the normal Saturday Farmer's Market. There were kids crafts, goodie bags, costume contests...along with Curious George and the local hospital's Kangaroo mascot. Several vendors at the market also had goodies for the kiddos to stop and trick or treat at their booth. This event was sponsored by SpringfieldMoms.org.

Podcasts...
My DH likes listening to podcasts. He can listen to them while he's on the computer or download them to his MP3 player and listen while he drives to work. I have been intrigued by this lately and decided to see if I could find a crafty podcast! I just found this site that has a list of scrapbook videos and podcasts. Do you have a favorite podcast that you listen to? If so, I would love to know about it!

I just love this picture my hubby sent me. It was one of the most viewed photos on Yahoo earlier today. I bet this hippo would love my pumpkin bars!!!
