Have you ever used wonton wrappers before? Well my first experience using them was making sausage cups for a baby shower brunch. You use muffin tins to form the "cup" and then fill with yummy goodness! I made the sausage cups recently and had extra wonton wrappers...so be watching for a later post with this recipe and a few other ideas I have to use these up!
Monday ~ sausage cups, scrambled eggs, diced potatoes
Tuesday ~ pork fajitas, coconut rice, chips & salsa
Wednesday ~ crock pot bbq chicken, green beans, ramen noodles
Thursday ~ pasta, salad, garlic toast
Friday ~ leftover buffet!
