Well, another busy weekend...successful garage sale and quilt show with family. So I am playing catch up this week. No Meijer again this week, sorry...but here is my menu...
Monday ~ leftover buffet
Tuesday ~ southwest roll-ups, rice, corn
Wednesday ~ scrambled eggs, biscuits & gravy, strawberries
Thursday ~ orange-ginger tilapia, green beans, potatoes
Friday ~ dinner out!
