birthday week...

Since we were going to be gone on vacation we took a week off of school and then spent a week talking about birthdays! We had several September birthdays, including Little Bits, so why not spend a week celebrating!

Activities...

We did several coloring pages, dot to dots, made cards, made cupcakes {real and pretend!} and played with an ice cream sensory box.

I saw this cute idea to make cupcakes using bottle tops and pom poms. We topped ours with some jewels. Little Bit had fun playing with them in her Little People doll house!

Here is the ice cream sensory box we put together. I picked up the ice cream scoop and ice cream erasers at Michaels. The bowl and spoon came from JoAnns. We used some large and small pom poms for the ice cream. I threw some jewels in that could be used for sprinkles!
