Our garden is still overflowing...mostly with tomatoes! So I am trying to come up with some different ways to use them. I am going to make salsa to go with taco night...which we didn't get to last week. I am also going to try a recipe for some pasta sauce. If it turns out good I'll post it...keep your fingers crossed!!!
Monday ~ crockpot meat & potatoes, bread
Tuesday ~ turkey tacos, refried beans, chips & salsa
Wednesday ~ pasta with homemade sauce, salad, bread
Thursday ~ leftovers
Friday ~ bbq chicken, chips & dip, fruit
