Menu Plan Monday









Monday ~ crock pot chicken tacos, corn, apple slices

Tuesday ~ my birthday....the hubs is bringing home ribs....yummo!

Wednesday ~ veggie noodle soup, toasted cheese sandwiches

Thursday ~ tilapia sticks, green beans, mac & cheese

Friday ~ pita pizzas, salad, apples slices

This sounds like a great menu...I am not good at putting together a menu..but 2011, I plan to be a menu mommy!

Happy Birthday! I've never tried pita pizzas, I'll have to put it on the lunch menu one of these days.

We love pita pizzas! BBQ chicken (BBQ without HFCS and real chicken breast/tenders) ones are our favorite and only 400 calories!
