Shells/Sand...story sequencing...We read a story about building a sand castle and then put the pictures in the right order.

...shell sorting by size...I traced one of the larger and smaller shells on cards. Little Bit sorted through a container of different shells. She put them in 2 piles based on their size.
Activity shelf...sorting shells by big and little; pom pom transfer w/tweezers into a strawberry ice cube tray, color shade matching; pom pom transfer to spongebob suction mat; heart stringing; "love" sensory box {filled with all things red....silk rose petals, heart buttons, jewels, heart erasers, pom poms, red bowl, heart containers}; rice bin with rake and race car; shape matching using our shaped buttons and dollar store banners that i cut apart.
Computer time...Starfall {we worked in the ABC section with the letter S}
...Little Bit also loves to get in some computer time when we go the library. They have computers set up in the children's area with games, stories, etc. She loves working on Jump Start PreK!

Thanks for sharing-- I've found lots of ideas. We're hopefully starting C next week-- it's so hard to pick and choose what to focus on!
I find it especially amusing that I've picked up a lot of the same books that you have so far. I love the library! The system up here is nice but I miss the friendliness downstate. We miss Vicki and storytime!
