I used some scraps of paper I had from Echo Park's Life is Good line on this layout. Two strips of the paper highlight the photo, while 3 half circles create a banner of sorts at the top of the page. I stamped the tag stamp on ivory cardstock and cut it out. It is accented with a brad and popped up with dimensional adhesive.

banners, tags & flags challenge....
I'm linking up with the Ippity Challenge to use banners, tags, or flags on a creation. I used 2 different Unity stamps on this layout...{friend, and the date/time/place tag}.
