On Saturday we went downtown to the state museum and they were having a Super Saturday event. A local bank sponsers crafts and activities for the kids. This weeks theme was Route 66. One of the crafts was to create roadside attractions using modeling clay. Little Bit is a huge fan of working with playdough so she LOVED this one! She made a bird by a pond and some grass....and of course, we can't forget the rainbow! Rainbows are her favorite thing to draw...and sculpt now! ;)
Our front door got a face lift over the weekend. The stain was getting worn and it needed to be redone...so we decided to go with some color! I totally love our new teal door!!!
I had a doctors appointment this week...which is no fun....but I was totally inspired by the glass jars of cotton balls, tongue depressors and the like. I haven't ventured into vinylizing anything yet but I just might have to start!
And last but not least, fall decor is starting to emerge at our house!!! Fall is my favorite season and I am always anxious to get out the decor. I just need to add a few finishing touches on some things and then I will post some pics. Have you started decorating for fall yet?
